Welcome to the Baltic Sea! The dreamlike and modernly furnished apartment "Lieblingsplatz am Meer" in the house Besch is located on the peninsula Mönchgut on Rügen in Alt Reddevitz. It has direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek to Gager. Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

If you like wooden houses, you will feel very comfortable in our Swedish house! Scandinavian living flair as far as the eye can see. The Havinghus Uppe offers space for 6 people on approx. 100 square meters and has a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a bathtub. In addition, two parking spaces are available. After a busy day of vacationing, find peace and relaxation amidst a unique natural landscape.

At the Hagensche Wiek, you can enjoy a quiet break right by the Bodden. The apartment on Mönchgut (the southeastern tip of the island) offers many beautiful places to relax, with a garden and private access to the water. From the deck, a magnificent view of the Wiek and a spacious patio invite you to linger in the countryside. The hosts live in the house and create a personal atmosphere. Not the classic anonymous cottage, but a stylish and natural retreat.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.
