This unique unit, is located on the second floor of a multi-unit historic building (no elevator, 2 flights up). Queen-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, a private patio for some fresh air anytime of the year. Portable air conditioner May to October. 5-12 minute walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.
