Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on the top of a hill in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Archon. It is the first in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and Neradu house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It has been completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.

Hibiscus Apartment

Cozy apartment overlooking Gaios, the largest village in Paxos. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 200 meters from the main square, with restaurants, bars, coffee and shops within walking distance. The nearest beach is about 400 meters away, while many other beaches are within walking distance. Fereniki’s Place is a charming ground-floor apartment in Gaios, the heart of Paxos, ideal for couples, solo travelers, friends, and families. Pets are welcome. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
