My stay was excellent. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures: comfortable, clean and well equipped. The attention from the host was top notch, always available and friendly. The ocean view is really spectacular, perfect for relaxing. Also, the area is very safe and quiet, ideal for worry-free rest. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

The place is beautiful, very well decorated and has an excellent location, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen, conducive to being close to the best restaurants, entertainment and tourist area. Daniel was very attentive to the observations and responded quickly. We were very pleased with our choice!!

The view that the place has is completely incredible, the Apt has everything you need and even more than expected, in addition to that the building has two pools that are always very clean and have a beautiful view of the rodadero, it would come back a thousand times

Yeimy and Marco have a beautiful studio apartment in Sui Lofts near the beach in Pozos Colorados. Its a short walk around the Hilton hotel to an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, exceptionally clean with strong air conditioners. A large television with cable channels👍 and Netflix. The bed is very comfortable with premium bedding. The balcony has a nice table and chairs to relax with a view of the mountains (although they are constructing a new building next door, it didn't bother me). The building has a beautiful pool which is refreshing although not heated. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave👍. Two bathrooms and a nice sofa. Overall the place is very comfortable and well taken care of. I love the beach here because the sea is calm and you can relax in the water. Yeimy are Marcos are definitely super hosts. They were very kind and professional to me, thanks ! I would definitely return and fully recommend !

One of the best locations to spend a vacation in Santa Marta, the excellent area, the impeccable facilities, we had a great time in the home, it felt a little narrow because we were with the children, but overall very cozy, if you are a couple you will find a very comfortable and cozy place.

What I highlight about the apartment is: A very beautiful view of the mountain A very large balcony The apartment is very bright The building has a very nice pool and has a washer and dryer. The location is very good because it is very close to the.centor and the beach and in turn is a very quiet area. Things to improve: the mattress, kitchen equipment, drawers and somewhere in the bathroom to place the items of.higie e personal. Luciana was attentive to my messages and always received a response from her.

I stayed in this apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place is comfortable, very clean and pleasant, fully meeting all our expectations. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, to the Zazue Shopping Center and to warehouses like Olympic, which makes it very convenient for any type of plan. Monica's attention was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition, the apartment boasts an incredible pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It's a perfect space to share with families and friends alike. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay! The apartment was spotless and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with the attention to building security. The location is perfect, right across from the Hilton, walking distance from the beach and there’s a mini-market downstairs which made grabbing snacks and water super convenient. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing worth noting is there is some ongoing construction in the area. One side of the apartment faces the site, so you might hear noise during weekdays and Saturday mornings, though Sunday was much quieter. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, and I understand it's out of the host’s control, but if you're someone who’s looking for complete silence, this might be something to consider. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower essentials like shampoo and soap bar, as these aren’t provided, but everything else was fantastic.

A great place to relax the jacuzzi available all the time. The guest caregivers Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Dayana excellent collaborators. I had an impasse with the keys and Mr. Carlos is careful to help me solve it. Highly recommended if you want rest and economy. The security in the sector super well. Restaurants and supermarkets by hand and very well located. Recommended to 100.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

I stayed with my husband for 10 wonderful days, the apartment is comfortable and the beach is close, very quiet and almost private.

Excellent for a good stay, for my part I was 8 days and every night it was very nice to get to recharge for the next day, very attentive to requests, and the hosts too, I would definitely come back!

Excellent place for a couple. The exit to the beach is very easy and the Building staff are very accommodating. The apt is pleasant, bright and very practical. Thank you for everything and I'll get it again
