Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

VivaLaVida is a renovated 45 m2 apartment. Located at 1 stop from the train station, 2 from the bus terminal, 4 from the historical center. Direct lines from the airport, to the castle area and surrounding city forests. There are cafés and children facilities in the nearby park.
