Beachfront holiday rentals in Galiano Island

Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

we enjoyed our time there so much that we extended our stay an extra day, and almost another day after that, but we needed to go home. The lapping of the waves and the beautiful sunsets are just the peace and tranquility that we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Had a very peaceful stay at this place with amazing Mt. Baker in backdrop and also got to see the full moon in full glory against the sea water. One could enjoy the sunrise on a clear day which we did and to watch sunset it is a few mins drive and we enjoyed that as well. Overall a clean and cozy place to spend some quiet and peaceful time by the bay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. What a special spot! We enjoyed exploring the inlet with the canoe provided and exploring some of the local hikes. Be sure to try to the local Mexican Restaurant. We loved the seclusion and quiet this cabin provided with easy access to any groceries or other amenities we might need.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay with Lynna and Dennis. The cottage was just as described, just steps from the waterfront and we enjoyed the private beaches and daily kayaking excursions from the dock. What a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing spot. My only regret is that we could not stay longer.... but we will, next time. Lynna provided very helpful instructions ahead of time about the ferry and reservations. The cottages are both charming and fully-equipped, very clean and everything was as-written. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, both in Westsound (a few) and more options in Eastsound and beyond. I'd highly recommend, and we're already planning our next trip back.

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Came here for an Easter getaway. Love everything about this home and would most certainly stay again given the opportunity. Thank you again for sharing!

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. Place is stunning and the view is the best. I think of the properties I’ve stayed in this unit was the best appointed meaning just filled with tasteful stuff you may need to enjoy the place and surroundings. Also, Margaret clearly knows how to design. You won’t be disappointed - you’ll feel they’ve outdone themselves. Stay here.

Beautiful guest home with a cabin vibe and modern washroom. Amazing panoramic view and indoor fireplace. You wont find a hot tub with a better view. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Our only regert was not booking long enough. The kids enjoyed the walking path and the pool and outdoor hot tub. We played a few games of pool as well, that was a big hit for our boys. We would definitely book again, next time for a longer period.

Great stay and highly recommend! A very unique location and so much to do on the property. We especially enjoyed being so close to the water, the pool, hot tub, and comradery with the other guests on the property. Overall, a 5 start experience and my wife and I hope to be back soon!

Overall we had a great time staying in Departure Bay at Peter’s house. He kindly left water bottles for us. There were fans in every room which was very thoughtful as it was pretty warm during our stay.

The beach house was very charming and quaint. My family thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves of the ocean and taking in the beautiful views.

Absolutely beautiful settling over looking the water. Private and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The only comment I would have is for the second shower upstairs to be finished. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I've hardly ever written a review for a rental, but I'm writing one for this house because it was really wonderful. We received nice, clear instructions on how to find the house plenty ahead of time. The house was perfectly clean, and all the furniture and kitchen items were in very good condition. The porch is very large and has a wonderful view, and one is right on the water on a perfect little pebble beach. We also liked the more general location very much; in particular the house is about 1.5 miles from the English Camp Park, which was very nice for a run.

Robert was a wonderful host with great suggestions for outings and shared his knowledge of the wildlife and area. The highlight for me was watching the family of sea otters fish in the ocean from the beautiful beach deck! We absolutely did not want to leave!

Ashley and Brittany thought of everything here…. a beautiful home in the most serene of places with all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Came home after our weekend getaway feeling relaxed, refreshed, and dreaming of going back! Highly recommend!!

Our Family stayed In Deborah’s beautiful home for the weekend. It was a great place to reconnect and hang out. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We hope that we will be able to come and stay again.
