The house contains 2 apartments, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. It is not suitable for any kind of loud groups or parties. Quiet hours are respected, especially at night, as everyone in the house expects a peaceful environment. We allow max 1 children. I live on the property with my two small Maltese dogs. During your stay, I only use the yard for maintenance. I am always available if you need assistance, local recommendations, or advice.

The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced property and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. You can reach the nearest supermarket in a 15-minute walk and the sea in a 25-minute walk.
