Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Galle

apartment is very Peaceful and sea beach very near also shopping centre you can walk by yourself . garden very clean and beautiful. our family spend very nice time together at the apartment. Specially with papa everything is best There was a lake just next to the garden. Highly recommend. we will come back again soon.

An eclectic Villa in the midst of nature and tranquil surroundings. The Villa spotless clean with great individual furniture in all rooms. Great verndah to sit and soak in the surroundings. Nice pool with loads of privacy. Asanka the caretaker is very responsive and discreet and keeps the place ticking . Kanthi rustles up some amazing cuisine whether for breakfast , lunch or dinner … short distance to the beach and restaurants etc … Highlight was the in house dog Patsy .. in all a perfect getaway !! Well done Olivia for making it a home away from home…

Had a fabulous 4 days at the Puzzle Beach House after an epic 8 day self-drive Tuk Tuk adventure so we were in need of some R and R……and we certainly got it. All the communication with Dale was excellent, informative and accurate and on arrival we were met by Suresh and Udesh, 2 gems who looked after us so well and were fun to interact with. The property is a true beach house, beautifully quirky right on the beach, private and with a lovely pool area and a shower emerging from a coconut tree as you come in from the beach. Suresh’s cooking was a delight and his cooking lesson has inspired us, would that we reach his high standard! Dale’s welcome pack’ was full of really useful information and clearly there is much to do for anyone wishing to be more active-for us a wander along the beach, body boarding (the house has body boards and surfboards), some lovely lunches at locally recommended beach bars and a trip by train into Galle was enough. Thanks Dale, Sabrina, Suresh and Udesh!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic time at this villa! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch. Chef Sammy’s food was superb! Very accommodating and he catered to our requirement without a hesitation and Thari was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience!

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! The property itself felt like a warm hug. Surrounded by lush paddy fields, a lotus pond, and vibrant greenery, it offered breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. 🌻 The design combines comfort and charm, with spacious rooms, an efficient kitchen, and thoughtful touches like a washing machine. Mornings were magical—waking to birdsong and the golden glow of sunrise over the fields. Evenings, with fiery sunsets and calm breezes, were equally enchanting. The caretaker added to the experience with warm smiles and traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts. Hasitha even arranged a visit to his brother’s tea plantation—a memorable highlight. Two days weren’t enough. This wasn’t just a stay; it was a soul-refreshing experience we’ll always treasure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and authenticity ❤️✨

Staying at this incredible wooden cottage on Koggala Lake was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home — their warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the entire stay. A special shoutout to Yohan, whose help and attentiveness were simply amazing and made everything even more seamless. The cottage itself is beautifully constructed, giving off a fantastic homely vibe with stunning views of the lake. The team even torched the gardens for us in the evening, creating a magical, serene atmosphere. The pool was always clean, inviting, and accessible — a perfect spot to unwind whenever we wanted. All our basic needs were thoughtfully and thoroughly taken care of, making the entire experience completely stress-free.
