Grazioso appartamento in centro Como all'interno di un vecchio stabile che all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato. Arredato a nuovo con gusto e stile. Piccolo terrazzino con vista sul verde, particolarmente silenzioso anche se situato in centro città. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore (circa 60 gradini), non è indicato quindi per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

It’s a 700 yrs old stone house with all conforts. A 2 minutes walk from the famous bridge of Nesso. Close to a grocery, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. It has a private GARAGE 250 meters from the apartment, included in the price. To get to the apartment one must walk down 83 steps. I will be happy to provide good tips about the area.
