This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.

Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

This beautiful, freshly renovated home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is great for mulit-family or traveling with older family as the house has a split layout. One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is large deck in the backyard with a big table and patio set to enjoy our beautiful weather. Pet fee is required.
