The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Located on North Main in downtown Greenville. This 3060 square brick house was built in 1925 and cut into 4 private apartments in 1945. You can walk to the heart of downtown in 15 to 20 minutes. One parking spot at the back of the house. Several restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Hot grill and food store next door.
