The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community.

The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away. Dog and Motorcycle Friendly!
