Apartment holiday rentals in Gardens

We were very kindly welcomed by Claire, who was very accommodating about our arrival time. The flat was perfectly located, very clean and very well equipped. I will keep it in my favorites for my next stay in Cape Town.

What a wonderful place to be! This holiday home is perfect for a couple on holiday. We loved the quiet neighbourhood, the view from the decking and Barbara communicated well and helped us with anything we needed. The pool is the perfect temperature for cooling off from the heat and the location is just a 5 minutes uber from the beach and lots of great places to eat. When we return we will definitely be booking back in to this beautiful property. Thanks for having us!

I had a great stay at Maddy's AirBNB recently. Easy to find, beautiful views, and the security and cleaning staff for very friendly. She was always responsive and provided clear instructions. Two minor negatives, on very hot days (35+) the lack of aircon is a bit of a problem due to the afternoon sun, but the provided fan does help. Also, the TV is quite small for the space and it doesn't support casting from your phone.

I am so lucky to have stayed at Julie’s place. It’s perfect for a peaceful, ocean side retreat or holiday. The on-site parking was such a life saver & the home is perfectly located next to the bustling main street of Seapoint. And Julie is a man incredible host - she was proactive and gave some amazing local tips to help with feeling at home. Hope to stay again !

I enjoyed my stay here, the place was exactly what I expected it to be. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is amazing, the place is quiet and private. It’s a walkable distance to a lot of great stuff. Kathy’s house is just beautiful, the ocean views are breathtaking. Kathy and her husband are great hosts. Everything was as described. I can highly recommend to stay at their house.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures, lovely spacious, clean and comfortable. Daniel was there before we arrived walked us though everything on the house and very responsive with all our queries through our stay. The apartments is a stones throw away from restaurants and shops as well as the beach so definitely a very convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to being back again.

A lovely lovely spot. Garden views with a patio. I really appreciated the details: crystal wine glasses, high end bedding that feels luxurious and makes for a really comfortable sleep. Adequate cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper (seems unusual to mention but most South African places only provide ONE roll😳, and they water down the soaps!) Super responsive and they take every concerned question seriously. Loved it and would book again.

Karina was super friendly, her home was just as welcoming as advertised and the lovely neighbourhood was the cherry on top! I would recommend if you're looking for a self contained, quiet stay. I will be back soon!

Loved our stay, great coffee spot up the road

Lovely flat with everything you need for your stay in Cape Town. Close to shops, restaurants, and bars, and just a short Uber ride to the Waterfront and other local tourist gems. Definitely worth a stay.

Stayed here for over a month and loved it. Large, light and well equipped with a great shower, and well-located near Kloof street, right by a great supermarket and walkable to all the best stuff in the area: restaurants, bars, shops, the Labia cinema. The designated parking space was perfect and the weekly cleaner really excellent. Rita, the property manager, was responsive and helpful and fixed stuff quickly. I had an issue with noise from unexpected building work next door but was offered a discount which I thought was a good solution. Highly recommended.

A last minute booking had me discover this beautiful apartment. Beautifully central, at the docks, secure parking and an apartment with everything you need, this place was perfect. An immediate feeling of home. I was on the hunt for something private, with secure parking, but in the heart of the city. Sit on the balcony and watch the harbour wake up, or the sun rise over the hills, or snuggle on the sofa and close yourself away with your favourite tv show, or lounge in the beautiful bathtub! This place was food for my soul - and I am planning on booking this for longer next time. Perfectly close to the Waterfront, the CTICC and other places. A true gem! Perfect for solo explorers or couples.

Guido went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We stayed in the apartment for a month and had a few requests initially which Guido acted on immediately. The apartment is in a great spot to explore from - walking distance to V&A Waterfront and Oranjezicht Market, next to the beautiful Green Point Park with lovely Park Cafe, lovely walk through the park to the promenade for sea strolls or to visit Newport Deli at Mouille Point - another fave of ours! AND Moro Gelato is just an 8 minute walk from the apartment! The apartment is spacious and in a safe little complex with friendly security staff. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the balcony watching the paragliders drift down from Signal Hill. And we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tube on the private roof top at night time!!

The stay at the villa was very wonderful and the owner of the villa, Catherine, was very kind and helpful. The villa is private and has everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Robyn’s. The apartment is gorgeous and in such a prime location; it had us wondering if we need to move to Camps Bay! ;) We loved that we could park just outside the entrance and the access was super smooth to get in. Quiet area, can hear the waves from the patio. 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and beach. Also Robyn is super responsive and a great host!

Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Thank you Jane for helping us enjoy our last couple of days in SA.

This place exceeded my expectations. The host was nothing short of amazing. They thought of everything, making it a very comfortable stay. The place is perfect for two couples as it has more than enough space, with TVs in both bedrooms. Good restaurants and shops are within short walking distance. The area is lovely and very quiet, ensuring one gets good sleep at night. Totally loved it and will surely be back.

I’ve stayed in many places across Cape Town, none are better than this. Everything is carefully designed for the best possible quality of living. The city view is second-to-none. A fully open kitchen, dining, and living space makes for never-ending special moments. I’ve never experienced peace and quiet like this in the city, with the gardens centre and coffee shops just a few minutes away. If you’re looking for a well-thought out luxury stay, look no further.
