Today, the sales room is the living room, the laundry room is a wellness bath. The colorful mix of vintage, industrial and functional furniture makes the MELKMANNS truly unique. The vacation home is located in the small idyllic town of Wasserkoog near the North Sea. The spacious garden offers a wide view towards the southwest of the countryside and the sunset in the evening. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

An oasis of peace invites you to relax. The building, which was completely renovated in 2020, is in an outdoor location and offers you a mile-long view of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt on the large south terrace. End the day with a view of a unique sunset. Explore the area on extended bike tours or cool off in the natural swimming area 350 meters away. The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

On the ground floor of the thatched-roof house there is a guest toilet, a spacious living room with an open kitchen area. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large shower room with walk-in shower and a double sink. A washer-dryer is also located in the upper bathroom. A large car parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. The garden of the house is fully fenced.

The house can be booked for 4 persons. Cozy warm with oven and sauna. Beach and shopping are within walking or cycling distance . You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.

The house is located 10 km before SPO very quiet on the edge of the village. From the living room you have a picturesque view of the meadows. The cottage has its own house entrance, in front of it a private terrace in the rose garden, equipped with garden furniture in summer.

The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the beach by bike. It is about 30sqm and has a terrace with beach chair, private kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. All freshly renovated! Towels and bed linen are provided for you in the apartment.
