The accommodation is one of the fully renovated apartments of a terraced house in a quiet, residential and holiday zone street, in a modern style, according to the needs of today. On the ground floor of the two-storey building there is an airspace in the hall-kitchen-dining-living room and a separate bathroom. Stairs lead to the attic floor, where there is a hallway, three double bedrooms and a toilet.

Vacation home near Velence lake

Close to Lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. walk) is our vacation home. It is ideal for 6-7 people. For children, there is a swing and a sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us, there is a large soccer field to play soccer. The cottage consists of the following rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. We live next to the guest house, you can always come to us with your questions. Our accommodation is located in Agárd, in the resort area of Lake Velence, 50 km from Budapest and 15 km from Székesfehérvár, on a quiet street. It is easily accessible by car (M7 highway) and train. The lake shore is a 10-15 minute walk away, which offers beach and sports facilities. The Agárd Thermal Bath is 1.5 km away. The natural and cultural attractions of the area can even be visited by bicycle (rental and free delivery are available).

The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and relaxation. The outside house has a sauna and two SUP boards. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.
