We are delighted to invite you to our ancient, and completely renovated, "Il Gallo" (the rooster) Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscan hillside above the walled Roman town of Lucca. After a 15 minute drive up from Lucca you will find yourselves surrounded by olive groves with stunning views out over the mountainsides and valleys. Your room After leaving your car in the shade of the olive trees, after just a few steps you will be at the private entrance to your romantic bedroom with lovely views from every window - even from the shower! There is an en-suite bathroom complete with toiletteries and hairdryer. There is a small pantry with a fridge, microwave, kettle and necessities to prepare a picknick and/or aperitivo to be enjoyed on your terrace. Ceiling fan for hot summer nights!

The bedroom is comfortable and very bright thanks to the window and the Velux that opens into the sloping ceiling with exposed beams. The bathroom, consisting of a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, is inside the room. There is a small kitchen. There are inverter air conditioners both in the room and in the kitchen. Guests staying in this room have access to a private outdoor area, a small terrace called 'Place Mignone', where there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining. From here, you can access the shared swimming pool.
