Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Greek and marine style apartment finished renovating in July 2023. Furnished in a simple and elegant way, the white color and wood will make you feel immediately on vacation as soon as you enter the large living room. You will feel like you are on an island in Greece, with the false ceiling of beams and reeds, the concrete double bed as well as the TV cabinet and bathrooms. A simple but valuable home equipped with all possible amenities that can be managed through Alexa. A magnificent apartment!

Built in 1600, this old water mill was fully restored 5 years ago, maintaining its rustic charm. Surrounded by nature, it offers the ideal break from the hassles of city life, be it with friends, family or just by yourself. Latest internet tech makes it a perfect working 'staycation'. It boasts a shaded 'al fresco' area at the rear, a sun drenched garden in the front, and is set in a small hamlet with ancient cobbled traffic-less roads. You can find river pools at the bottom of the garden.
