Full-size bed, ironed sheets. Big ceiling fan, screen door, & 2 dual window fans substitute for A/C. Fridge, FP, TV, MW, Wifi, Keurig, clothes steamer. Near wineries, bay, bike trail. Seating on deck below. Easy walk to bars, beach, shops. Your 1st morning a light breakfast is offered, future mornings you're on your own!

Escape at the Lake: Hot tub on Lake

Welcome to Escape at the Lake, the perfect home to create everlasting memories! Enjoy you own private 117 feet of lake front with dock and mooring on the glistening shores of Lake Charlevoix's South Arm. Paddle boards, kayaks and a hot tub added too. This lovely, updated home sleeps 10 comfortably and comes fully equipped with everything you need. We are conveniently located near the Boathouse (.9 miles) and Castle Farms (10 miles) for weddings or events!! Boyne Mountain only 13 miles away!

Cottonwood Carriage House

The Cottonwood Carriage House is located in the Heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore voted most beautiful place in America. The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast.

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Easy location to find as we are right on Frankfort Hwy. 3 miles from downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan, only a 8 minute walk from Crystal Lake. Enjoy bicycle riding we are less than a mile from the paved bike path/rails to trails, 15 miles from Crystal Mnt. Entering your cabin you will enjoy a new memory foam, queen-sized bed in a private studio cabin. Featuring a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and free fast wifi! Clean bed linens, towels, pots/pans, dishes/utensils provided.
