Creek side, Great outdoor space, On the bike trail

Its a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and near wineries and biking makes this perfect for people looking to explore Leealanu County and Traverse City. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

Our house is conveniently located a 1/4 mile from Traverse City State Park, 1/2 mile from TART and 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The interior is unique and tastefully decorated. It has an open living space, connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen together. You will experience adjustable air beds, modern kitchen appliances, climate control (heat & air), a fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. We have wireless internet, a Smart TV with streaming services.

Entire 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 6. Private entrance, self-check in. The beach, coffee and restaurants all within 2 blocks. Downtown TC shopping 8 blocks (about a mile). Queen sized beds in each bedroom. Memory foam sofa sleeper in living room. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and wine glasses for after your peninsula wine tour. Charcoal grill and picnic table for your use. Lots of on-site parking so multiple cars are not an issue.

Casita on 72 - Explore Grand Traverse Bay

This house is very close to all the things Traverse City has to offer. Three bedrooms and two baths (plus a pull-out couch in the living room). House is clean and nicely furnished. Beds are all brand new and very comfortable. The house is furnished with a 65" 4k HDTV with Roku (ready to stream!). There is also a Blu-ray player, board games, DVDs, books, and a dart board. In the warmer months, we will provide a charcoal grill and picnic tables.
