Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Sunny 2-Room Condo - nice view and balcony

Look forward to a nice holiday apartment with 60 sqm living space, a large balcony as well as a garage parking lot. Enjoy a beautiful view over the valey and the surrounding mountain chain. The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
