The residence has been recently restored and includes modern qualities and comforts such as WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub and shower. The outdoor area is peaceful and rich in content and there is a large terrace with a gas barbecue as well as a play apparatus for the children. There is parking right at the door and the possibility of charging an electric car.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. In walking distance to the fast boat dock with calls from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you bring a car. Grocery store a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small bench with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Note: There is no hot plate/oven in the apartment! Well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove in the living The property is located with easy access from the road, quiet place overlooking fields and mountains. Large patio for dinners, play, parking and the like. It is a short walk down to the sea where you can rent a boat and have access to bathing areas. Hiking trails start right at the front door. Works well for families, couples and friends.

Obs: huset er fra 1900 og takhøyden er lavere enn standard høyde.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
