Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gassin

Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Angélique et Xavier nous ont très bien accueillis. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le Logement est très bien situé à 10mn de la plage. L’endroit est exactement comme décrit sur Airbnb. La décoration est très soignée et moderne. L’ensemble de notre séjour a été très bien réussis. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour sur la Côte d’Azur. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. This is a wonderful apartment. Excellently equipped with two bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bathtub!). Super quiet for sleeping. You can walk anywhere to get supplies. A quick walk up to the old town. The host is really responsive and nice. The apartment is on top of another apartment in a house, so it’s not a block of apartments and no one is overhead. Which is really nice. The parking is directly in front of the front door which is excellent. The kitchen is super well equipped. The linens are great, including the towels. The beds are comfortable. Also, there is a TV (The description says there isn’t). Large fridge. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee maker. My daughter and I really had an excellent stay for a week.

Super séjour dans une maison magnifique et très bien équipée. Parfaite pour un voyage en famille, même avec un bébé : lit bébé, serviettes de bain, tout était prévu. L’extérieur est superbe, avec un jacuzzi. Rien à redire, tout était parfait Mille merci pour les attentions (décorations de noël, sapin )

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement et l'endroit correspondaient a nos attentes. Logement décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, terrasse très agreable en septembre. Petite plage bien fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas vu Laure mais la communi cation a été facile . Nous recommandons.

La maisonnette de Fanny est très bien placée. Tout est accessible à pieds facilement et vraiment proche ! L’environnement est paisible. La maison est vraiment pratique avec de beaux équipements. Nous y reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion c’est sûr. Fanny nous avait envoyé des informations claires avec photos pour arriver et tout s’est passé impeccablement. Je recommande ++

This was our third stay at this wonderful home. We keep coming back because the location in town is so close to all the restaurants and boutiques. The host Chiara is very responsive and the home has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Der Aufenthalt in Claras Appartement hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Die Anlage und die Lage der Wohnung waren für uns perfekt🌼. Der kleine Balkon von Claras Appartement ist ein Kleinod und wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir zurückkommen dürfen😊.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden und von guter Qualität. Der Balkon ist super, Blick ins Grüne einschließlich Pferde und Esel auf der Weide. Ein Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke, der auch sonntags offen ist. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, zudem ein sehr schöner Weg dahin. Die Heizung war bei der Ankunft an, die Wohnung warm, alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Jederzeit wieder! ...

Frederic was very friendly and let us check in an hour early as it was pouring with rain ..the view from the balcony was exceptional .. A little tight room wise with 3 teenage daughters and all their luggage and make up!!! but apart from that we all loved it at Frederic’s and none of us wanted to go home..I would definately come back it was great value with all the amenities around you could need ..I liked being out of the centre of Cannes it was only a 30 min walk.. wonderful choice of beaches…open market everyday I could go on.. worth every penny..

Mieszkaliśmy u Arnaud 5 zimowych miesięcy. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie zimy. Blisko do plaży, a było nawet 22 stopnie. Obok mieszkania super teren do biegania. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i barów. Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Lazurowego Wybrzeża. Mieszkanie posiada bardzo duży balkon z pięknym widokiem i możliwością zjedzenia posiłku. Łóżka zarówno w sypialni jak i w salonie bardzo wygodne, dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny w razie potrzeby. Jak tylko będzie możliwość, na pewno tu wrócimy.
