This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Nives is a recently renovated villa in the pretty village of Gata in the foothills of the Croatian mountain of Mosor. It is a short drive to both the seaside town of Omis and to Split, the historical capital of Dalmatia. Split airport is 45 minutes away. The villa comprises a spacious 98 square metre house, plus a large covered terrace and a swimming pool, all set in its own surrounding land. The pool is in an olive grove, with sensational views of the mountain above and the valley below.
