La Hussaire - The Bakery

The Bakery is a 2 bedroomed gite with a double bedroom and a bunk room. Both share a shower room. Lounge/kitchen/diner all in one with a wood burner fireplace. Full central heating. Plus wonderful orchards to visit for a calvados tasting.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!
