This place was truly magical! I would give it more stars if possible 🌟 The location was very close to Cēsis and easy to find but also private. The interior was truly outstanding and the outside area is perfect for peaceful rest by the pond and a nice barbecue. The host even provides everything you would need for cooking inside, a nice outdoors bbq and even for the sauna. The inside of the sauna house was also outstanding - you feel like you are a part of the Baltic mythology and can enjoy magical sauna vibes with everything you would need available! 🙌🏻 The host was amazingly helpful and friendly - promtly answered all of our questions. Thank you, Inese! Overall I would recommend this location for any kind of bigger event or small gathering you might have, especially the sauna. I’m definitely going back! 🤍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est très beau et confortable. L'aménagement extérieur est agréable. Je recommande vivement l'endroit pour profiter de la nature et vivre un moment reposant.

Neaizmirstama nedēļas nogale, jauks namiņš, kur ir viss nepieciešamais, skaistā vietā. Brīnišķīga komunikācja ar saimnieku! Noteikti iesaku paņemt arī pirtiņu ar bērza slotiņām un piparmētru tēju.

The property was excellent with impressive facilities. We wish we'd had the time to stay for longer so that we could take advantage of them all fully. I'd warmly recommend a visit to anybody that wants a quiet and restful getaway. Laima and her husband were very welcoming and organised hosts. The property was well stocked and the hosts were always proactive in their communication. Thanks again for a great visit!

Simonas place is cosy and with lot of attention to detail with wood features aspecially and we enjoyed the hot tub aswell. Would definatelly recomend.

Great location with private beach. You can use sups to swim around the lake. Very relaxing and quiet place. Host has a house close by, but during our stay nobody was there so we didn’t see a single person around. It was perfect getaway from city, people and technology. House has all you need, there is also a bbq grill outside.

Kui tahad nautida vaikust ja rahu ja privaatsust metsa sees, siis on see majutuskoht väga hea valik. Väljast vana, seest uus - kõik eluks vajalikud mugavused on olemas. Majutaja annab väga täpsed juhised ning kohta leida on väga lihtne. Google maps viib täpselt maja ette. Jäime väga rahule!

Mājiņa ir ideāli tīra un jauna, ar visam ērtībām :) Brīnišķīgs skats pa logu un no terases uz dīķi un apkārtējo reljefu :) Ideāli ja grib aizbraukt prom no pilsētas un pavadīt dažas dienas mierīgā un klusā atmosfērā. Paldies!

We had a very pleasant stay at Inese’s lovely cottage. It was as described on the listing and any of our additional questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. Ahead of our stay, we were sent a helpful information sheet. The cottage itself is located in a peaceful place, fairly close to the capital city and other towns nearby. We loved the personal touches (great board games and various extras) throughout the house. The cottage was quick to heat up so absolutely fine for a winter stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful family get away.

We really enjoyed staying at Esta's place. It is located close to the Puka village. Very quiet at night, only birds are heard along the day. Spacious house, and road is of good quality to reach it. Comfortable double sofa and pillows. Our 12 yo daughter slept in the bed. Kitchen full of stuff, and electric stove works excellent. Bathroom is big, shower has strong water pressure. Esta has put chocolate Estonian candies to welcome us, and gifted with dried lavender flowers at check-out 🤩

Ideaalne koht privaatseks puhkuseks. Tuba oli puhas, soe ja hubane, kõik vajalik oli olemas. Aprilli keskel, kui turismihooaeg polnud veel alanud, saime nautida täiesti privaatset randa ja puhata vaikuses ja rahus. Ümberringi ilus loodus jalutamiseks, lähedal ka linnuvaatlustorn ornitoloogiahuvilistele. Küsimuste korral oli Grete abivalmis ja vastas kiiresti. Loodame linnakära eest siia põgeneda ka tulevikus.

Очень хорошо отдохнули в доме у Валтерса. Очень красивый дом, все что нужно для отличного отдыха есть. Место тихое, у нас был замечательный караоке вечер. Есть спортивные площадки, но использовать не получилось(пол дня был дождь) Терраса у дома большая и вмещает всех без проблем. Мы очень рады побывать в таком месте, к тому же у этого места есть своя история длинною в несколько столетий.

Wir verbrachten Weihnachten 2024 bei Paul. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Leili empfangen und sie zeigte uns alles Wissenswerte. Alle Räume strahlten Behaglichkeit aus. Kerzen zauberten eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben jeden Tag in dem gemütlichen Haus bei wärmendem Kaminfeuer und Kerzenlicht genossen. Unsere Hobbyköche zauberten uns in der vollausgestatten Küche täglich leckere Mahlzeiten auf dem Gasherd und dem holzbefeuerten Herd. Die Ruhe, die Spaziergänge in der Natur, die Außensauna. Alles hat dazu beigetragen, den Alltag abzulegen und zu entspannen. Hatten wir Fragen, wurden diese sofort von Paul und Leili beantwortet oder behoben. Der Abschied von Leili war sehr herzlich. Wäre es nicht so weit weg, wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Christine, Michael, Sven, Marie Claire

We were very pleased with our stay at Karlis’ house, which features a charming garden, a cozy terrace, and comfortable upstairs bedrooms. We stayed for three days with our dog, who was warmly welcomed. The nearby forest, with its many scenic trails, was perfect for walks. The peaceful, nature-filled area just outside Riga was ideal for relaxing. The house’s rustic feel, especially on the lower floor, added to its charm. The front door was an unforgettable, authentic detail—it felt like stepping into a Grimm’s fairy tale. The house has been modernized with care, preserving its unique "cigar box" character, especially at the lower floor. Karlis' house is truly a gem, and it was a delight to learn about the artist who once lived there and see his remarkable sculptures still on display.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in der schönen Hütte. Es war sehr gemütlich und der Blick in den schönen Garten war perfekt, um in den Tag zu starten und abends zu entspannen. Wir haben uns immer sehr gefreut, wenn die Enten vorbeikamen! Die Lage in Jūrmala ist super entspannt, ganz einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Mit den zwei Fahrrädern, die wir von Mara bekommen haben, sind wir entspannt durch die schönen Kiefernwälder oder in kurzer Zeit zum Strand oder zum Bahnhof Asari gefahren. Wir konnten uns hier sehr gut erholen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Brīnišķīgs namiņš dažu soļu attālumā no pludmales. Ļoti izbaudījām! Liels paldies!

Beautiful and unique location beside a very small and peaceful camping ground on a peer of a small marina makes this house really special. You can swim right from your doorstep, or have a dip directly from the sauna, and there is also a small rowing boat we could use. Inside the house everything is immaculately clean and comfy, it is well equipped with al necessities. The stairs were not a concern for us, but should be born in mind by those with mobility issues or very small children. The host is very friendly and efficient, she gave us some excellent local recommendations. We would love to come again for a longer stay!

Very pleasant stay. There was everything we could have wanted in the kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and sauna, comfy beds. We also enjoyed the grill and the outdoor seating area.

Forša, klusa vieta netālu no Aglonas pie ezera. Tīrs, svaigs, sakopts. Viss, kas nepieciešams rāmai atpūtai.

The place is easy to find and to reach by public transportation. The sea is within a walking distance - some 15 minutes. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. The accommodation looks like as in the photos - there is a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room. There’s everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A quiet place. In the yard there are two super friendly dogs that sometimes ask for cuddling. A very easy communication with the host - Spāre answers questions promptly and clearly, providing all the necessary information.
