Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

Cosy holiday house in forest

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

Maja asub tiigi kaldal, saad nautida sauna, teha tuld kaminasse ning sõita paadiga – kõik ainult sinu seltskonna jaoks. Saun kuulub hinna sisse ning paat ja vestid on ka koha peal olemas. Majutus sobib hästi väikesele seltskonnale või perele, mahutades kuni 6 inimest. Lihtne ja ehe looduslähedane elamus – sobilik neile, kes hindavad vaikust ja privaatsust.

Iespējamas izjādes ar zirgiem vai foto atmiņai. Saunas un kubla izmantošana ir par atsevišķu samaksu. Pēc vēlmēm un garastāvokļa par to var lemt uz vietas, nav iepriekš jāpasūta. Mūsu ciemiņi par samaksu var izmantot privātu veikborda kabeļtrasi un izmēģināt SUP.

Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda, käia metsas marjul ja seenel, käia 2 km kaugusel järves või 24 km kaugusel meres ujumas või hoopis supelda kodutiigis. Talus peetakse mitmeid erinevaid kodulinde, kelle elu ja tegutsemist on huvitav jälgida. Eelneval kokkuleppel on võimalik pererahva saatel külastada keset ligipääsmatut raba asuvat Soka järve või uurida hoopis Salaci jõe kallastel paiknevaid koopaid. Eraldi tasu eest sauna kasutamine.

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes.
