Beach villa rental section 30 m on the east side of Kalvsjön, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lake sauna. Ice fishing or long-distance skates in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slope are located. The home is its own souterstrong-plan, the host lives on the upper floor. There are kitchen china, step kitchen and coffee maker as well as fireplace. Note. Nice apartment in quiet residential area.

Nice place with the amenities you need to feel safe. Bathroom with washing machine. Kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, kitchenette and dining table. Sofa & 2 single beds (bring your own bed linens and towels). It is also available for rent if you want. Close to nature and nice evening walks. Walking distance to swimming area with restaurant during the summer. Good parking facilities, close to the entrance to the house.
