Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

We are known in this area and were looking for a house with privacy and quiet area. The two of us were welcomed by a large villa with huge garden. Fully enclosed with a large enclosed driveway. The clean modern kitchen was complete and what a great view. The spacious swimming pool was still a bit cold in mid-April but with a little sun paw. Recommended for people who love peace and quiet but walking within 10 minutes in a cozy city center with restaurants and shops. A car is an advice. In short, a vacation address that we have in our agenda.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is quite spacious, very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. We felt right at home. I'm sure we'll repeat!

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

We loved this home. We didn't need anything... BBQ on the terrace, very nice and with privacy. You can park on the street without problems. There is a very cute beach and very close. The apartment is very well equipped and Margarita was super friendly, communicative and flexible to meet our travel needs (2 couples). We will definitely be back here! 😃

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is very nice and well equipped. From our point of view, however, it is more suitable for a family with a younger daughter, as the 2nd bedroom has only a narrow bed and is designed like a game room for little girls. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to fill. We enjoyed everything else very much.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

The Airbnb host was absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

We felt as if we were at home, the place was very quiet for our dog and our daughter. Sylvia was lovely and immediately answered our questions.

It's an amazing place to hide from a big city and spend a couple of days surrounded by greenery. The house is actually better in real life than in the pictures. It's old, but it's quite comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. I was there with my wife and my son, so we didn't use the upper floor at all. Everything we needed was on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is amazing. Lots of trees and beautiful grass. There is a place for barbecues, which we used. I would say the only downside of this place is that it's quite noisy outside (dogs barking and some other animals screaming). The host is super-responsive and made sure we had a great check-in, stay, and check-out. We also got a better price despite coming on holiday. You have my 5 stars! Thank you, Mari Carmen!

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
