One of the Oregon coast's most breathtaking waterfront locations, The Resort at Seaside is one of the area’s most popular luxury accommodations. Located beachfront next to the Turnaround on Broadway, it offers guests a spectacular location with breathtaking views, swimming pools, spas, a fitness center, game room, gift shop, and just steps to the ocean. Tons to do within walking distance including many shops and restaurants.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
