Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.
