Dear guests, our apartment is so centrally located that you can be with us from the A14 motorway in 5 minutes. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes and so can the Leipziger Messe. The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.

It has been almost completely renovated, from the floors to the bathroom and the kitchen. When compiling the inventory, I placed particular emphasis on quality and value. Both bedrooms have 1.40-metre beds with Emma One mattresses. At the heart of the kitchen is a high-quality Nobilia kitchen. In the living room, she has a 75-inch television.

The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
