The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Get to know life in a tiny house in romantic nature. The sustainable building was completely designed and built in-house. High standards of design and materials as well as a kind of breathtaking view from the panoramic living area leave nothing to be desired. Our approx. 50 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with pull-out day bed (80 cm or 160 cm x 200 cm) of couch and satelite watching. A kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, convection stove and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Distance to Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Middle Rhine/Loreley 16km.
