This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Kalkan is located in the Patara region. Our villa, located in nature, is a 2-bedroom holiday home for rent with a capacity of 4 people. There is a double bed and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, and two single beds in the other bedroom. Our modern and elegantly decorated villa has all the basic tools you need. The pool terrace is sheltered. It is an ideal option for conservative couples and nuclear families. Our villa has foosball, table tennis, a swing and a children's playground
