Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

Mr. Osman is a very good host, he did his best to solve a few small problems and fix the gaps. She's very understanding and solution-oriented. The house is in the center of the village and very close to everything, a very useful house in terms of design. The house had everything we needed, we did not feel any shortcomings. We had a great time for a week and it was a very nice holiday for us. If we come back, we would consider staying in one of Mr. Osman's houses again, and we would definitely recommend it. Also thanks again for his gestures.

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The house and belongings were spotless. Great location with good views. It is located within a decent site. Oludeniz is 10 minutes away if there is no traffic. There were 2 cars and we did not have a shortage of parking. Parking was sufficient. Ms. Şükran is very caring and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. You can stay with peace of mind.

Hasan and his lovely family were great hosts! The house is amazing and had everything we needed. Felt right at home. Very beautiful with great view. Super clean and comfortable. Our kid had lots of fun in the pool and garden. We plan to go back and highly recommend it.

We had a great holiday with 2 couples and 1 dog son and 5 people. Mr. Erhan greeted us atcheck-in and informed us about both the region and the region. She stayed in touch throughout the stay for our requests and questions. We are very satisfied with your attention and communication. It's also from her home. Everything was as it appeared in the photos and even better. There is nothing missing in the house. From the pool towel to the bath towel, from the garden furniture to the coffee table, everything appealing to the eye and comfort. We were welcomed with coffee, chocolate and fruit treats, it was very nice after a long trip. There were spices in the kitchen and kitchen cloth from a fresh sponge for you. It was a great house with nothing missing electronically. I'm sure Mr. Erhan would try to fix it quickly. We thank him for hosting him. You can choose with peace of mind.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

The home was very well equipped and even better than the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Mr. Huseyin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for everything—we had a great experience!

Brief summary for those who don't have the time: one of the most beautiful houses you can stay in Fethiye for price/performance. As for the details. First of all, the hosts are very friendly and you can easily communicate. It consists of 5 villas of the same type next to each other, we stayed in the third place. The villa is quite new, we were one of her first guests. There is an adequate pool in front, comfortable garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, etc. Although the house is new, there is nothing missing. Everything has been considered both architecturally and as an interior furniture layout. The bathrooms are big and clean, with air conditioning in every room, the beds are comfortable and clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen, you just need to do your groceries. I stayed in a place where I was satisfied again in Fethiye for two weeks, according to him, this place is one step ahead as the architecture of the rooms. The only problem (no problem, but note) there was a lot of pool cleaning noise every morning. I think the whole system is connected to the 3rd villa, you won't have this problem in 1 and 2. Thank you it was great

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

Really like this house, beautiful location, no other houses around, that makes you feel super calm and privacy feel well, perfect size of swimming pool and it’s clean, the owner of the house super kind person, always on the phone and super polite, I highly recommend this house for you vacation!

We stayed in a penthouse in this residence with a pool, located in a quiet area. Beautiful and comfortable stay. I loved everything.

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

The flat was very nice, much better than I expected. The hosts are lovely people, it’s very peaceful there and the view is incredible. I will be back for sure.

Sure, here's a more sincere comment: My family and I had an unforgettable holiday this summer and the share of the villa we stayed in is very big. The moment we stepped into the villa, we were greeted by a peaceful environment. We were very happy with the cleanliness, comfort and thoughtfulness of everything we needed. It was also a great place for our 5 year old daughter; I can say she never got out of the pool, so we found peace while watching her. The interest and friendly face of our host, Mr. Arda and his wife, Ms. Sedef, also made us feel at home. I would recommend this villa to everyone with peace of mind, which gives us these beautiful memories!

We had a very nice time at the villa. The house is clean and cozy, the view is breathtaking! We had only one problem — water was turned off twice for about an hour. Anyways, we do recommend to stay at Ismail's villa.

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the stay at this villa. The view is truly magical, and its great that you have it from every room, patio, swimming pool. Very convenient that there was an air conditioner in every room, also enough space for clothes, personal hygiene stuff, towels etc. In the kitchen ylu are provided with everything starting from cutlery and any types of dishes and bowls, to salt, sugar etc. Thank you very much for making our vacation bright and memorable!
