In this house, where I spent all my youthful summers, we shared peace, joy, neighborliness and enthusiasm. Now we're sharing our home to be a home for new stories. Our stone house, which is about 150 years old and has typical Greek architecture, is also in a very special neighborhood. A natural wonder detached summer house with 1 room and 1 living room in a 2000 square meter garden. 150 m, 2-minute walk to the private and free beach of the site. A perfect vacation home for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city with the sounds of birds and the smells of flowers. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get here by car as the house is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

Our apartment is in Gökçeada Center. It is 7 minutes by car to the port, 3 minutes to the city center and 15 minutes to Kefaloz Beach. The terrace in the photos is on the top floor of the apartment and belongs to the apartment. Barbecue can be done on the terrace. In the living room of our 1+1 apartment, there is a 140 cm L sofa where two people can sleep comfortably; in the bedroom, there is a double bed. A floor bed is available for the fifth person upon request. Internet, air conditioning, television and basic kitchen equipment are available.

The garden is spacious and suitable for children and parking. It is close to the beaches. I constantly spray my house.
