The lake house

Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. "... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
