Holiday rentals with a patio in Genappe

We had a great stay at Gregoire’s, we immediately felt like home. Super spacious, clean, we had absolutely all amenities one might need. The garden view from the bedroom was great, and overall there was a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is super quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

A very clean accommodation, bright, elevator, one minute walk from the metro line 1 or 5 located in the European district 5 min from the large square by metro so no problem to return in the evening. Airport access in line12 in front of metro access

This place truly has the best location you could ask for—right next to the stunning Grand Place. You walk out the door and you're right in the heart of everything. As others have noted, there are quite a few stairs, including some that are narrow and steep, but the view and overall experience make it completely worth it. Waking up to a view like that is something we’ll never forget. The apartment was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. The host even provided slippers, which was such a considerate touch and made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Casaflow was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout—from check-in to check-out. Communication was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. This was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Everything is perfect. Jean-Louis and Carolin are always attentive. The apartment beautiful, super comfortable the sommier and also the sofa bed. Also, we were offered a storage room to leave our suitcases for a while. Super recommended...

It was a pretty nice stay. Clean and cozy apartment. Good and quiet location. Only one thing - at night you can hear people climbing the stairs and you can hear people walking above this apartment.

What a wonderful stay..... Gavin and Olivia were especially lovely and helpful and the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos suggest —with light streaming through, charming views, and thoughtful details throughout.

Sarah has created a beautiful, restful place in Waterloo. The house is nicely decorated, practically equipped with everything you need and the atmosphere that hangs there gives you an instant home feeling. We stayed for 1 night with a group of friends and didn't really explore the area.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s house. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom that we shared. On the top floor was a sofa bed and then another double room but we didn’t need to use those. The garden was great for the children with a play house and a sandpit. The pool was a lovely size and there were inflatables that we could use. It’s not heated though so we tended to use it in the afternoon once the sun had warmed it up a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few playgrounds and woodland walks nearby. There’s also a lovely restaurant called Auberge du Kasterlinden that is walkable from the property. We got the tram into the city centre which was easy to do. Public transport is great in Brussels. We’d recommend Mini Europe, the Automium, the Lego Discovery Centre and Pairi Daiza if you have children. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay, quiet area . Plenty of space. Friendly host. Clear communication. Leuven is easy to reach, both by public transport and let your own car.

We were a family of 9. Beautiful, spacious accommodation, with all the comforts of home, there was nothing missing, and a very nice garden. The super quiet area. 50 minutes from Plaza Mayor, walking on a super chulo promenade, touring the European Quarter and the Cinquentenario Park. Supermarkets nearby. The hostess is very friendly. We gave us all the facilities for arrival and the same for departure, without schedules. Thank you so much for everything Mercedes we would recommend it 100%

We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. The owner deserves a special mention: 10/10 without hesitation! He is above all human, understanding, and always available. Communication was smooth and enjoyable, making our stay much easier. Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the pictures, full of charm and tastefully decorated. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped (oil, spices, etc.) The accommodation is well located within walking distance of restaurants and walking paths. As two years ago, we enjoyed our stay very much.
