It has two bedrooms one bathroom, a three season porch which is open to the elements. This fun and quirky space is packed with art and crafts from all of our world travels. It is a short walk to the lake, or quick drive to over 50 wineries, breweries & numerous restaurants. We provide premium bed linens, bath towels, and personal items. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
