Beachfront holiday rentals in Genoa

This was an awesome spot. Steps from the beach and quiet area. Best if you have a car as it’s a 20 min walk from the train station and buses, don’t come as often. Very clean space. Gio was a super helpful host! He responded quickly, gave lots of recommendations and made special accommodations for us. Thank you Gio!

Very nice apartment, spacious for 6 people, very bright, overlooking the Chiavari promenade and equipped with everything you may need. Double glazing ensures tranquility even in the evening. Free parking is about a ten-minute walk. Thanks for letting us have a nice Pasquale bridge!

We stayed one night in this beautiful apartment and were really impressed. The view from the two windows is breathtaking: you can see the sea and all of Camogli, a real spectacle. The apartment was super clean, especially the bathroom and bedroom, and we immediately felt comfortable. The owner was very kind and very helpful. In addition, the second exit of the apartment leads directly to the waterfront, a priceless comfort. Short but really perfect experience!

An excellent apartment equipped with everything needed for a one-week stay. Great location, very convenient: the city center is 15 minutes away, and the metro is nearby if needed. Giulia is a kind and understanding host, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

Overall, a fantastic apartment with a beautiful seaside view. It’s within walking distance of all the amenities in Sori, yet just far enough from the center to offer a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it! Highlights: • The view is even better than in the photos • Close to the town center, yet slightly tucked away for added tranquility • Fully equipped kitchen – cooking here was a real pleasure • Private parking available Note: • The bathroom may feel a bit tight for taller or larger individuals, and the shower is quite narrow. It wasn’t an issue for us, but worth mentioning for awareness.

The stay was very great - with two small children, the location and the apartment are perfect. Dogs are welcome which helped us with our dog very much :) Very quick answers to questions. Also on-site contact with Renata possible, very helpful!We would definitely go again! Thank you!

The place was very nice and clean. The terrace was the highlight. In case of problems, you could always reach Daniela quickly. There was a parking garage, which is tight, but the hosts also had a solution. So everything is great. There was also a washing machine in the property.

When we arrived at the train station, we were warmly welcomed by Lorenzo's mother Laura. She was extra in the village a fresh, almost still warm focaccia for us! Arrived in the house, she gave us another bottle of self-filled regional white wine. Both were very nice. We had never experienced such a lovely personal arrival on Airbnb! We immediately felt welcome and at home. The house with the wonderful garden and the direct proximity to the sea are simply fantastically beautiful! The apartment was pleasantly heated as it was rather fresh outside. On foot you can quickly get to Sori, where in addition to fine restaurants, there are also other shops for groceries, etc. If you feel like more, the train station is close and you can easily reach the nearest places by train. The location is very convenient if you are traveling without a car. Although it rained often in the 4 days of our presence, we enjoyed the time there very much. An oasis of happiness!

The stay was nice overall. The location is convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to many places. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the apartment. That said, the cleanliness could have been better — some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned, and the furniture is quite old and worn. Still, if you're looking for a place with a great view and good location, it does the job.

Absolutely amazing spot in Rapollo! Very close to many places worth visiting and great local food spots all within walking distance. We felt comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing experience of being in the mountains and connected to the whole area.. the attention of Vicenzo and I was very special... the bathrooms are very large and the linens are LINEN ... as in a luxury hotel.. highly recommended.. we will come back

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The apartment is not very big but for 2 people perfect. It is located in an old hotel so the equipment of the building is very nice. It has a nice pool and a lot of outdoor space for relaxing and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very good. Nearby is a store and restaurant and the train station is also nearby. The private parking in front of the building is also a winner. We did all activities by foot. Perfect location for a trip to Portofino and Cinque Terre, which are very good to reach by train. Also the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful so that we felt at home instantly. We will visit again that is for sure!!

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! We will be back!

A former hotel and now part apartment complex for locals, part holiday homes, this Airbnb is absolutely perfect. With the booking comes a PDF file containing all the important information you need to know as it‘s located within kind of a gated community. On-site, the lovely janitor provided all the helpful instructions on the amenities. Both kitchen / living area and bathroom are absolutely clean and nicely furnished, the bed comfortable. From the room, you have a stunning view of the sea and some of the terraces you may also use, including the pool area, which came in handily on a rainy day. We were provided with a key to the private sea-side access (not a sand beach), which was due to its exclusiveness mostly used by locals. We felt very unexposed and safe swimming there as well as leaving our things on land. Lastly, it‘s good to know that the Airbnb is in walking distance of the stations Pontetto (10‘), Bogliasco (20‘), and a supermarket (15‘). Highly recommend!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Cavi is quiet and small but still offers the most useful services such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants. With the minimum travel, even by train , you can get around and visit many other sea and inland points. Super friendly and helpful host, perfect home as pictured and complete with everything, really everything.

This is an excellently located flat close to the beach in beautiful Camogli. Particularly suitable for guests/families of five people. Nicely sized and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs

Superlative penthouse, equipped with all the comforts, and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Elevator on the floor, very equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and impeccable bathrooms. Sofia is a very kind and caring host. An ideal living solution for those who want to enjoy relaxation. I'll definitely be back.
