Close to the gondola lift, very nice attic apartment with no neighbors 4 people located in Loudenvielle in a recent residence. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a trundle bed in the alcove, and a sofa bed in the living room. We rent a large 35 m2 studio with a 5 m2 balcony for skiing or hiking on the Les Agudes (1500 m) slope of the Peyragudes resort. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, you will find calm, rest and relaxation away from the city and the crowds. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, south-facing view of the ski slopes and the mountain from the balcony. All in a beautiful secure residence (digicode at the entrance) and concierge. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

My apartment is close to all amenities, forget your car! The SKYVALL cable car is a 5-minute walk away, access to the lake and Balnéa are nearby! You'll love my place, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, because of its location overlooking the rooftops of the village, the mountain and paragliding. In a warm and cozy decor, young and old will find their happiness, Wi-Fi, games for the whole family, children's books, music, sleds are available.

Very nice bright and functional studio in the heart of the PEYRAGUDES RESORT, close to Loudenvielle and Luchon, on the 1st floor located on the Peyresourde side, LE LOURON residence. Non-smoking. NEW! The Skyvall, the cable car connecting the station to Loudenvielle. Departure at the foot of the slopes, arrival near Balnéa. In summer, many hiking and biking trails are possible. In winter, dog sledding, snowshoeing and snow groomer rides are possible.

Our charming 40m2 apartment is close to the centre of the village, the SKYVALL ski lift, 2 ski resorts Peyragudes and Val Louron, Lake Génos-Loudenvielle, Balnéa and in summer Ludéo (swimming pools, slides, picnic area...). All-season activities in Loudenvielle: Paragliding, hiking, fishing, skiing, cycling... Our rental is perfect for couples, solo travellers and families with children. We are recharging our batteries in this magnificent Louron Valley!
