One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. Welcome to our beautiful place in Pawleys Island, SC. Located on a terrific golf course just minutes from the beach and awesome shopping and restaurants. Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Come and enjoy.

Beautiful newly renovated modern space right on the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

Come enjoy the newly renovated golf course! This second floor condo provides a laid back atmosphere that is within walking distance to golf, pub, pool ,and a short drive to the beach. The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.
