Best backyard in old town - long term possible

Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, full, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit at extra cost (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup. Has AC split unit.
