Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

On the one hand, the village center (museum, bus station, shops, restaurants) is a five-minute walk from the house, on the other hand, there is wild, untouched nature. The house itself is enveloped in an authentic atmosphere. Everything is done with love and respect for our ancestors. Everything in the house belonged to three generations of the family. Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

Our house is located in the center of Kutaisi, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions. This is a historic 19th-century building filled with the unique atmosphere of the past. Here you will find comfort and coziness for a pleasant stay. The house is adorned with exquisite carved patterns and ornaments on the ceiling, adding an atmosphere of luxury. Enjoy the blend of history and modern convenience in our apartments.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

Bird Nest Tbilisi

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.

House at Gogebashvili 38 is ideal place to host big group of guests traveling together. House can accommodate upto 25 people. This place has spacious hall, with dining area, fireplace, billiard table, grand piano and adjacent kitchen. It is especially comfortable and welcoming due to outdoor sitting areas where guests can relax and dine together. There are 10 bedrooms in the house, with bathrooms, ACs.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.
