Svetlana is just wonderful; very kind and accommodating. the place is also stocked up with everything you need-- I was really happy to see amenities such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc-- it makes a HUGE difference. she's very friendly and our stay was very comfortable. thank you!

Everything was really good, it's very convinient for long stay, there is everything you need. Apartment has spacious space. It's not far away from sea, 5-10 minutes of walk. There are groceries and caffes. The hosts are very nice and responsive. I was not lucky with the weather, it was very cold comparible for this region (+1..+3) and there was snowfall (extremely unusal), therefore it was cold in apartment, eapecially in bedroom and toilet. In usual winter weather for Batumi, it should be pretty comfortable. There is no elvators in the building, it could be a problem for aged and people with disability.

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Perfect place for familles or groupe of Friends with several rooms, bathrooms and beds. the view is beautiful and you can easily walk to the main streets of Mestia and all the restaurants. Natia was also very helpful whenever we needed help from her. I recommend! thanks

A lovely, beautiful place with all amenities. The house literally stands on a mountain river, it is very picturesque. Literally a few seconds walk from the house you immediately get into the tourist movement with shops, cafes, etc. Within a minute's walk, the central park, the funicular to the mountain, etc. The house itself is large, it has 3 bedrooms quite large and the kitchen is a living room. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Plus there is a place to sit outside with a large table, swing and sofa. Also right by the river there is also a place with a gazebo, a grill, a children's swing and a hammock. There is plenty of space in general. The hostess Marina is responsive and friendly, told and showed everything, also provided a place for cars. highly recommended.

We (family of four) spent a week at Natali's place and very much enjoyed our stay. The flat is very comfortable, fully equipped - and a short walk to the beach, while also close to the city centre. Natali is a very friendly host (thanks for the sweets, fruit and wine) who made sure we felt very welcome. Extra points for the kittens in the yard!

Great location, easy access, easy access, quiet at night, washing machine, clothes rack, pots and pans, air conditioning, gas heater, etc.The sleeping bed is made up of a pull-out large sofa bed and two small three folding sofa beds that are not as comfortable as a formal bed, even if the request is not high.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Thanks to Marina for her hospitality. Stayed with my wife for two weeks. A great bright studio with a new renovation. The apartment is suitable for short term stay and vacation. Gorgeous sea view. There is everything you need. Nearby is the sea, fitness, restaurants, supermarkets. There is no noise from the street thanks to the high floor and good windows. One of the downsides. This is the new house and many neighbors are doing repairs. Typically, noise starts closer to 9am and may continue intermittently until midnight. There were a few days when one of the neighbors decided to do the furniture in the middle of the night, but not for long.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

Lovely apartment and great location. Authentic interior decoration. The hostess is nice and polite. The questions were answered quickly and solved a small problem in literally a few minutes. We are very satisfied! We recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back.

This one was the best stay I had. It felt right at home. Very clean and had all the amenities. It's out done my expectations. Really recommend this place to everyone coming to Batumi. This place has the best views. Its a little far from the city centre but you can always take a cab its very cheap to get to the city centre.
