We stayed in Qeta’s home for a month and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the home beautiful, modern and spacious, but Qeta was responsive to our question and extremely flexible with our schedule. I would stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! We stayed a week, it was really nice to be in the villa. A large and clean villa with a large yard, you can see that it is well maintained. The contact with the owner of the villa was very good and any malfunction that occurred immediately arrived and was repaired. The whole family really enjoyed being there. Highly recommend!

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

Lasha was a great host, very responsive to messages. The apartment is in a good location and close to many places, but the cafés on the street can be a bit annoying while walking. Overall, I can say good things about the apartment and had a pleasant stay

The place is located centrally on the hill, there is a nice backyard and living room with a lot of space. Thanks a lot for the flexible check in and welcome. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

My friends and I were visiting Sighnaghi for wine tasting and this was the perfect location - walking distance from the center of town with stunning views of the city. The host’s family is the owner of nearby pheasants tears winery and restaurant and they offered us breakfast for a small additional charge right at the hotel which was delicious. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you’d like a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to stay while you are exploring the town!!

It was a lovely apartment in a great part of town. The furniture is quite quirky! Rooms are spacious. It also has a nice sitting area. Very close to a super market and also the great Stamba Hotel.

Great spot for a trip to Svaneti! Had an awesome time here - perfect place to rest with friends after snowboarding. The house is warm and cozy, with plenty of radiators to dry out all the gear. The kitchen’s a gem: gas stove, microwave, spacious fridge, even a dishwasher - everything you need for a big group. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the hosts were super helpful. They even sorted us out with a transfer and brought an extra mattress for our 9th person, even though the place is listed for 8. The views are next-level - Svan towers all around, with one literally in the yard. Also, the guesthouse is pet-friendly, so we brought a small dog along. Plus, there’s a friendly dog hanging out outside. Minor things: the kitchen could get a bit chilly, and there’s no shower curtain, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to all the positives. Would definitely stay here again!

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had a great time at this house. It has many isolated apartments, each with a shower and toilet, kitchen, bedrooms. The house has a huge dining room for feasts. The cold water swimming pool was great for the warm weather. There is a large barbecue in the yard and the garden has space for a fire which we used almost every day. In case of any problems Tamara was quick to respond and tried to help us. There are stores within a 5 minute drive. This house is a good place for large groups and families

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

The cabin is very nice, there is a fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine. We stayed with friends for 13 people, fried barbecue, went to the sauna, bathed in the pool. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and the house was cold to sleep at night. We chose to heat the pool (300 gel for an additional fee) instead of heating the house. We didn't know that the pool would be heated for extra money and that there would be either a warm house or a warm pool to choose from.

Since it was early in the morning when the plane arrived late, david was patiently waiting for us to arrive, david's family was very enthusiastic about some of the basic features of the homestay, and recommended places to visit near the accommodation.It's really one.welcome david family to travel to china
