By tram (stop right outside the door) you need approx. 10 minutes to the city center. Our guest apartments are newly renovated and furnished. The residential complex and all guest apartments are accessible. There are four elevators available. Special feature: All bathrooms have anti-slip tiles.

A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

My fully equipped apartment is in the outskirts of Gera. Free parking is right in front of the house. TV, Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen are available. The apartment is ideal for craftsmen, guests passing through or people who do not mind that the apartment is located just outside. Bus and tram nearby. The balcony overlooking the countryside invites you to unwind. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Stay stylishly in this centrally located property in the Häselburg Cultural Center in Gera. The guest rooms, which were completed in 2023, are located 200 m to the town hall and are well connected to the public transport. Train station, market, museums, restaurants, theatres etc. are within walking distance. Apartments include a bedroom, a cozy living, dining and cooking area, and a shower room.
