What also distinguishes our house is our TOP location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl Trail, for hiking, mountain biking and paddling.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Vacation home in the heart of Ziegenrück, the "Pearl on the Thuringian Sea" We have lovingly renovated the house with ecological materials and given it back the old charm of 1904. Up to 12 people can now be accommodated on 200 m² on 3 floors. The rooms are airy, with historical details from many decades. The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, biking or canoeing.

Cosy tiny house for 2-3 people, stylish and NEW

We are renting out our absolute gem in the south of Leipzig by Lake Zwenkau. You have a fully equipped wooden tiny house to yourselves, with a bedroom with a 1.40 bed, an additional bed on the open mezzanine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on an old farm property in the centre of Zwenkau. It is absolutely quiet and a real hideaway. We are still in the process of gradually finishing it, so there is no TV yet, but there is Wi-Fi.

Our cozy vacation home is centrally located in the beautiful mountain mining community of Bad Schlema. Bad Schlema is known for its pain-relieving radon cures. Of course, you can also use our well-known health spa and sauna for vacation and wellness. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists will get their money's worth here in the Erzgebirge in every way. You can also familiarize yourself with the mining history of the Western Erzgebirge here.
