The apartment is quiet, everything is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. You can relax on the loggia and let the day come to an end. Tram 31 is about 20 m from the main entrance and takes you to • to U6 (Floridsdorf) • to U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf is connected to the city centre in about 25–30 minutes by public transport.

Although the train station is very close, you can enjoy peace and quiet with us through clever development. Vienna city centre can be reached in just 40 minutes by train, the city limits are only 15 minutes away by car, and Vienna Airport is 45 minutes away.
