You can access it via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the house entrance. The BALNEA thermal-recreational center is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to be able to enjoy the slopes (mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its road. But also PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car (8 min by SKYVALL).

Located near a lake in the heart of the LOURON valley, you can access the well-made waters of BALNEA from the age of 9 months. Not to mention hiking for all levels. Beautiful, light and great views 52 sq 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor in a historic Haussman building. Fantastic balcony with views of the mountains. Wi Fi and Cable TV available. This apartment has a secure ski and bike cellar. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heating throughout the apartment. Towels and linen are provided. Situated very central, close to shops, Thermal Baths and Ski lift. Free parking spaces opposite the front entrance.

1 km from Lake Loudenvielle, new apartment, all comfort, located in Adervielle, small village of the Louron Valley. This is one of the most popular valleys in the Pyrenees, as it is very "open" and enjoys exceptional sunshine. Balnea at 1 km. Ski resort 15 min away (Val Louron, Peyragudes, shuttle possible). Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails from the village. Fishing in the Neste or Lac de Loudenvielle. Linens provided Towels not included.
