Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen im Kurort Gersfeld. Restaurants, Cafes , Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig in unter 10 Min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist eine eigenständige Unterkunft im Anbau unseres Haupthauses (mit seperaten Eingang). Du hast also deine Ruhe aber bei Fragen sind wir nah. Ausgestattet mit Wohnküche, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer & Bad gibt es alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnküche ist eine Etage über dem Schlafzimmer und nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns!

Unsere 2 FeWos findet Ihr im 1. Stock des Haupthauses eines ehem. Bauernhofes in Rengersfeld, einem kleinen Ortsteil von Gersfeld. Es ist grün und ruhig bei uns. Die FeWos sind hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beide Fewos teilen sich einen sehr großen Balkon, der durch Grünpflanzen getrennt ist. In der Nachmittagssonne kann man den Tag mit Blick auf die schöne Natur wunderbar ausgleiten lassen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum kochen braucht, und zwar in guter Qualität.

Idyllic farm right on the Fulda

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Quietly located yet very central. 5 minutes from the Kirchheimer Dreieck, nestled in a small valley, is an idyllic place of tranquility. The apartment has its own garden area and you can enjoy the tranquility of this accommodation here. Rhön hiking trails lead directly past the house, on adjacent meadows horses and cattle graze in summer. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and good restaurants and cafes in downtown Gersfeld or to the Gersfeld swimming pool.
